-Meetings + contact with Alyssa Baily as needed -Assist in securing vendors (photographer, video, caterer, etc.) -Assist in scouting out location/venue -Design bridal bouquet/boutonniere -Design tablescape & floral arrangement for sweetheart table -Create timeline & coordinate flow of events -Verify vendors & send them the timeline -Monitor vendor/rental arrivals the day-of -Take behind-the-scenes iphone phones/videos -Play music off iphone/wireless speaker -Stream via your personal facebook/zoom account during the ceremony -Provide emergency kit for any unplanned event mishaps
