Weekend of Coordination -Meetings + contact with Alyssa Baily as needed -15 hours of wedding services -Coordinate rehearsal on Friday with officiant and bridal party -Coordinate ceremony and reception -Coordinate flow of events during the ceremony with officiant -Coordinate send-off & gather guests -Line-up processional and cue musicians -Create venue layout & seating chart as needed -Create timeline for wedding weekend -Send wedding timeline to wedding party & vendors -Manage vendors + wedding party the day-of -Confirm wedding vendors two weeks prior to event -Serve as point of contact for vendors -Provide emergency kit for any unplanned event mishaps Decorating -Assist with planning overall wedding design -Customized seating chart design -Customized room layout -Decoration mapping -Provide list of recommended rental companies -Decorate ceremony aisle & arbor -Decorate reception tables -Sweetheart table set-up -Set-up specialized tables -Set-up all interior/exterior signage -One Additional ABE staff to assist day-of Vendor Management -Assist with venue booking -Assist with vendor inquiries -Attend venue walk-thru (mileage fees TBD) -Provide list of recommended vendors -Serve as point of contact for booked vendors -Review vendor contracts (provide professional opinion but I am no lawyer) -Manage logistics of vendor arrivals & departures *With Decorating - ALL linens, decor, vases, and florals are provided by the client, organized/labeled and given to Alyssa Baily the weekend-of! We do have a great inventory of decor, vases, and charger plates - let me know if any of our items interest you! If you intend to use chair covers - we will need at least 2 helpers provided by the client to assist with putting on chair covers.
